The location was convenient for accessing the Medina. The staff provided prompt service. I liked the easy access to the main attractions. The hotel has communal relaxing space.
The room had some maintenance issues. The furniture seemed quite old. I found the mini bar charges unclear at checkout. The room decoration was old.

the rooms have comfortable linen and good towels. both bars were lovely and the rooftop one offered a fantastic view of the mosque. breakfast included a standard buffet with plenty of choice.

the reception staff were knowledgeable. and helpful throughout my stay, that was acceptable.
The rooftop indian restaurant was a disaster! my food arrived after an hour. worse, i got chicken instead of vegetarian. when i complained, they said the kitchen was too busy. This is not good enough. the front desk never followed up. it left a bad impression.

The hotel is in a superb location near the main square. It provides easy access to the souk. I found the hotel very stylish and quiet. The roof terrace offered a lovely space to relax. The atmosphere was great.
The food took over an hour to arrive. I was served chicken instead of vegetarian food, unacceptable.
